It’s a good day here.
It’s the first day of spring, and I just sent my manuscript to a copy editor.
That’s two good things and I’m celebrating them both.
I love spring.
I love the thought that the weather will keep getting better, and I can begin gardening soon.
I love the fact that things will be turning green and the sun will be out longer.
I’m also thrilled today to report that I sent my manuscript off to my content editor. This means my book is another step closer to getting out into the world, which feels great. It also means I can work on the next one.
Finally, today is Maskless Monday, where I live. This means when we go out in public here, we are no longer required to wear masks. I still might, but it’s nice to think I don’t have to.
Yes, I know there’s a war going on and the pandemic is still out there raging, but for today, it’s spring, I don’t need to wear masks in public and I sent a manuscript to my editor.
Life feels good.
I’m going with that.
